THERE IS A BIN BY OUR DOOR FOR RETURNS, PLEASE LEAVE IT AND FILL OUT THE INFO ON THE CLIPBOARD. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN, WE WILL PROCESS THE RETURN!

Please note: ALL HOLIDAY APPAREL & NON-CLOTHING (accessories, jewelry, home etc.) IS FINAL SALE - NOT RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE.

• Returns allowed up to 7 days, exchange ONLY up to 14 days.
• Full returns allowed up to 2 items per order and 3 times total per month. With a max of 6 returns per month. After 6 returns, only exchanges will be offered. There is no limit on exchanges from live sales.
• Return times are based from next day after live sales for pickup, and from delivery confirmation of shipped packages.
• ALL NON CLOTHING (accessories, bags, jewelry, home ETC), SALE AND HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

• Return within 7 days: Full refund with tags and unworn only.
• Return between 7-14 days: STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• No returns or exchanges AFTER 14 days
• Pick-Up Returns: processed based on FULFILLMENT date. Orders typically ready within 24-48 hours.
• Shipped Returns: processed based on DELIVERY date. *Customer provides return shipping*
• ALL NON CLOTHING (accessories, bags,  jewelry, home ETC), SALE AND HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

ABANDONED PICKUP ORDER POLICY:

• Any orders not picked up within 90 days will be subject to a requested shipping fee for us to ship it to you. 
• If we are unsuccessful in retrieving a shipping fee and or can't contact you, 50% of the original order will refunded to STORE credit ONLY and items will be restocked.
